Tutorial: Using Jarvis.ai to Write Transformational Content For Your Target Client

NOTE: None of this has anything to do with SEO, Google ranking, or revenue generation. This is about finding exactly what your target clients need to take action on and delivering solution-transformation-based value only. The rest, you can do on your own

BACKGROUND:

I record all of my 1:1 business coaching calls with my client's permission and keep them private (only me and the client have access).

I can use a tool like Otter.ai to transcribe these calls as a text document. Alternatively, YouTube auto-generates .srt subtitles files that you can reformat.

HINT: You can convert an SRT transcript to TXT and then google "Line break removal tool" and filter the transcript through this to remove line breaks. This will make it easier for Jarvis to read. Otter.ai is an excellent tool to just export text as a monologue.

PREP:

Get a copy of Jarvis.ai (you can grab a free trial through my affiliate link here). It's the best artificial intelligence tool for helping you write copy and content!

YOU WILL NEED BOSSMODE of Jarvis to do this.

STEP 1:

If I take the transcripts of these calls, I can take every 600 words or so of actual teaching / meaty coaching content and say, "Write a summary for the text above."

For an hour-long call, I have to do this 10+ times.

STEP 2:

Take just the summaries that Jarvis wrote, and 3-4 of them at a time, ask Jarvis to "Write a summary of the text above."

You'll end up with 3-4 powerful summaries that sum up the main points of your coaching calls!

HINT: I also have a podcast that I do this same process with.

STEP 3:

I ask Jarvis to

"Write an intro to a blog post based on the text above."

"Write an AIDA based on the text above."

"Write a PAS based on the text above."

"Write a BAB based on the text above."

"Write some youtube video titles based on the text above."

From this, you'll have 3-4 Summaries, AIDA, PAS, and BAB copy, and Youtube titles.

FINAL:

You can then use these as ideas for your social media content.

I plan on doing this with my archive of hundreds of 1:1 coaching calls.

I'm already discovering threads of content that I haven't made yet that my target customer needs!

EXAMPLE:

HERE is an example summary of a client call that I had last month (no names are included to protect identity).

This is 100% Jarvis.ai produced without any editing using the framework I wrote above.

What’s Working On Social Media In 2021

We live in a time where people want everything fast and easy. This is especially true when it comes to social media content. In this blog post, we will explore some quick tips for 2021 on how you can keep your content short and sweet. We will also discuss the importance of producing more videos than ever before because people's attention spans seem shorter than ever before!

People are just not engaging every single day with long pieces of content. If they plan to watch a long piece of content, they want to know that it's worth it.

Now, everyone is engaging with these short, tiny 7-15 second pieces of content.

We've moved into an era where tik-tok trends are deciding what content people engage with.

If your content isn't made for this new tik-tok culture, you're going to lose.

That includes videos on all platforms.

Consumer habits on social are changing that much that people will not sit and watch long pieces of content. They want the information fast and then move on.

Here are some social media video habits that will help you moving forward:

Take your long video, and break that idea up into 3-4 videos. Focus on one single point in your short video, then make a few different ways.

Make one version that's 7-16 seconds. You can even use trending sounds on Tik Tok and Reels to have text pop up on the screen with sound cues!

Make a video that has the same point that's about 60 seconds long.

Make a graphic that shares a similar topic.

And you're done!

You have to play the game of people's short attention span. Instead of complaining about it, go along with it.

People aren't watching your 3-5 minute video or your 10-minute daily video anymore. They want fast, bite-sized, consumable.

Get to the point and only give one point (even if you have many ideas in your heart).

If you want your social media content to be successful, it's more important than ever that the content is short and sweet. People consume information-rich videos in various ways (such as on TikTok), so if you're not producing videos for all platforms or breaking up long videos into shorter ones, your business could suffer.

Finding Happiness When Things Don't Go As Planned

I used to think that my happiness was directly related to the outcomes of the things I did. For example, if someone said something mean about me, I'd feel sad. But now I know that my happiness does not depend on what happens to me.

We must detach our minds' emotional reaction (i.e., disappointment) towards an event's outcome, while still acknowledging its occurrence so that we can be happy regardless of what happens.

It is important for us not only to understand this but also to practice detaching ourselves emotionally when necessary, so as to ensure contentment even during difficult times.

This means accepting what has happened without further judgment and detaching oneself from any negative emotional reactions.

I get it: This goes against everything that is naturally inside of you. Many times, we feel like "if things don't go my way, I have every right to be upset and disappointed," and while that is true, you do have every right - it doesn't help you in the end!

However, Our emotions become harsher as a result of this action and that leads to even more frustration on both sides of the experience. It's not worth it when considering how much time passes before any sort of calm returns to your life. Sometimes we need to step back from what has failed us and take a few deep breaths before making any rash decisions pertaining to what happened.

The detaching of emotions is a personal choice. It has nothing to do with "how things turn out."

It's possible to choose how we feel in those moments.

It might not be easy sometimes to detach from our feelings - especially when they are so intense and painful. But I'm telling you now, you can get through this too if you just stay detached for a little while longer!

We don't need other people or things to make us happy. You can create your happiness.

Don't forget: You deserve happiness!

Your value, your worth and happiness come from within. It is too easy to base these things on success, performance or outcomes but they are much more complicated than that.

You can find strength even if the world doesn't go your way; you just have to know where it comes from first!

It's something that can be developed over time.

Life is hard. Everyone faces challenges and difficulties, but if you pay attention to the good in your life with a mindful approach, it will help make things easier on those tough days when everything seems bleak.

In finding true happiness, we need to detach our emotions from the things that are happening in our life and not let them determine how we feel about ourselves.

It's too easy for us to rely on others or external factors in order to give ourselves value when it actually comes from within! You deserve happiness!

Find ways to appreciate what makes you happy every day even if it is small.

Try new activities, take up new hobbies, find something you enjoy doing and you'll find happiness that comes from doing it, even if it's not performance-based.

Doing the things that we love, finding out what is important to us, and doing it every day will make life so much easier.

It's not always easy finding true happiness when everything doesn't go as planned but you have to be your own advocate in order to find peace of mind.

If you’ve been having a tough time in your business, it might be because you’re relying on external factors to bring happiness into your life.

The truth is that we have the power to create our own happiness and once we find what makes us happy every day, success will come easier than ever before. What are some of the things outside of work that make you feel good?

How can using these activities help improve your business performance?

How To Handle Jerks In Business

Jerks in business are inevitable. If you're in the game, there's a good chance that someone will be mean to you. They'll attack your products and services and try to tear them apart because they're insecure about their own lives.

You can't control what people do or say, but it doesn't have to get inside your head!

If you can learn to control your own emotions, you will be much further ahead.

The worst part of dealing with jerks in business is they can distract you from profit-producing activities.

The time that you could be spending building your business and getting sales is now spent handling the opinions of others.

Even if you have the most integrity in the world, people will do this. The more products you sell, the worse it'll get!

One thing we have to work through is the fear that we experience with these jerks.

It's important to process why we are so afraid of how people treat us and why we are trying so hard to manage others’ emotions.

It's not your job as a business owner to make people happy. You want to make your customers happy, but worrying about people's emotional reactions isn't your job.

This doesn't mean that we become jerks in response, or that we act belligerent - or try to provoke people at all. That's ridiculous.

But at the end of the day, we can't allow the fear of what others might say or do to us to stop us from building our businesses.

You have to train yourself to just ignore the jerks when they come in. They aren't worth your energy or focus.

There's no moment in time where it's beneficial for you to defend yourself against these people's opinions, and you should probably just move on!

You don't have to spend energy fighting back - putting them in their place or anything. Just focus on what you're building.

When you shift your energy away from defending yourself against people's attacks and towards building your future, you are able to accomplish far more than you ever imagined possible!

I know it can be hard sometimes but just keep at it.

You'll get to a place where you don't care what others think about you - and that will make your life so much easier!

When people attack you and try to tear apart the things you've built, here's how I would deal with them:

Ignore Them Completely!

You don't have time to entertain their opinions on anything or respond in any way. They aren't worth your time or energy.

Don't Feed The Trolls!

Most of these people are looking for attention anyway! Responding is sure to bring more negativity, ignoring them altogether works wonders.

Block Them!

You can't control what people do or say, but you can choose what you do about it. Don't waste time on these kinds of people - block them and move on with your day!

Don't Let Them Get to You!

Dealing with jerks in business is inevitable, but it doesn't have to be a problem! There are plenty of examples of people making money while handling the opinions of strangers.

You can get there too. Just focus on what's important and ignore everyone else!

The Fear Of Asking For Help

Some of us feel like we're a burden to others when it's time to ask for help with our goals and desires. We let this fear keep us from ever asking anyone, which is really unfortunate because having someone in your life that can guide you on the journey towards what's important, is invaluable.

We can't accomplish our goals without getting guidance from others to point us in the right direction.

There are many reasons why people don’t ask for help to start on their goals. One of the main ones is that they feel embarrassed because it feels like a sign of weakness.

It becomes a mental conflict between wanting safety vs. adventure; one where there would be no risk involved in exposing themselves as someone who lacks knowledge if things go wrong.

The fear can be so strong sometimes that even starting to ask about what you should do next becomes daunting, when faced with uncertainty over questions like “What if I'm missing something? What does my family think? Will somebody judge me harshly?"

It's almost as though they're paralyzed and the fear of asking for help outweighs their desire to grow.

Often the story of many would-be entrepreneurs stops here... Never to continue again.

The thing that separates successful people from those who let their fear control them is not stopping here! No one who was successful ever let this fear stop them.

Those who let themselves be paralyzed by the fear of not being knowledgeable often don't go any further.

The ones who are successful never let "not knowing something" keep them stuck from moving forward.

To be successful, you need to keep moving forward, regardless of how much you know.

Those who let fear stop them rarely get anywhere in life because they're stuck at the first step and refuse to go any further out of fear that there's something else they don't know yet.

Successful people are different; when faced with a challenge or setback, their negative emotions kick into high gear so as not to prevent themselves from getting somewhere great--they use those feelings for motivation, instead!

It's natural to have a fear of failure. We're human and that's just the way it is. But what separates those who achieve their dreams from those who don't, are people with the courage to keep going even when they feel afraid or overwhelmed by obstacles in front of them.

If you've been feeling stuck lately because your fears are preventing you from moving forward, I can help!

Being Smart Won’t Make You More Successful In Business

When I start coaching people – I often find that they have a pattern in their life of needing to know everything in order to survive.

Many of my clients feel they must have all the answers before they are “good enough” to launch their business.

This usually comes from past experiences where they needed to have all the answers in order to be safe and secure. This may have even come in through past trauma in childhood or during school. Those experiences taught them that without having all the answers, they are inadequate and worth less than other people.

This pattern of thinking is a mindset block that hinders us from taking action in our businesses.

We are constantly trying to validate that we have the answers to every problem.

We are constantly trying to validate that we are smart enough to reach our business goals.

The truth is, being smart is only a hindrance to reaching business goals. I’ve never seen it help anyone and yet many people are constantly striving to have enough knowledge to reach their business goals.

What matters most is taking imperfect action and doing the very basic activities! You don’t have to know everything – or even how everything works, you just have to get started moving towards your goals.

We have to break up with our constant need for validation and approval from others and ourselves, based on how smart we are.

You don’t have to know everything to be successful! In fact it’s better if you didn’t!

You will be more successful by finding others who are smarter than you and working with them!

As a business owner, none of us have the mental capacity to know everything because we need to dedicate our energy towards what gets the most results.

Take swift action and make decisions as fast as possible. Even without all the answers. This is how you will reach your financial goals.
